Four new rooming houses at Nandala Drive, Tanah Merah are expected from 30 November 2026: self contained units with their own bathroom, kitchenette and living area, rent of $350 per week per unit including internet and a program of outings, and communal areas you use only if you want to. Our Rochedale South units are full at the moment. Current openings are on the vacancies page.
