At Parcare Lifestyle, Individualised Living Options(ILO) empowers NDIS participants to live life on their terms by shaping personalised home and living supports that reflect their goals, preferences and lifestyle. An ILO is a flexible, tailored support package through the NDIS that helps you decide where you live, who you live with and how you’re supportedso you can enjoy meaningful independence and connection at home.
Our experienced team works closely with you, your family, support coordinator and other informal supports to explore and design the ILO arrangement that suits your vision. Stage 1 focuses on exploration and design, helping you identify your ideal living setup, your supports and how these will work together. Once this is complete, Stage 2 means implementing and maintaining your personalised support model so your home life truly works for you.
With Parcare’s ILO support, you can choose from a variety of living arrangements, such as living independently with flexible drop-in support, sharing a home with housemates, or arranging a host livingsetup that fits your needs and lifestyle. We help you co-design a plan that includes the right mix of formal and informal supports while building your skills, confidence and day-to-day independence.
Individualised Living Options with Parcare Lifestyle also includes:
• Collaborative support planning and service proposal development
• Customised support coordination to implement your ILO goals
• Ongoing monitoring, review and adjustment as your needs change
We prioritise dignity, choice and control in every step of the ILO journey, helping you build a home life that supports your aspirations, wellbeing and sense of belonging.
