Parcare Lifestyle is a registered NDIS provider on the Mornington Peninsula. Plenty of providers say they cover the Peninsula and then struggle to staff a shift in Rye. Our Victorian office support is based in Carrum Downs, and our support workers live in Frankston South, Carrum Downs, Skye and Blairgowrie. Blairgowrie is on the southern Peninsula, so we can roster the bottom end of the Peninsula without sending someone an hour down the freeway.

What makes support work down here

The Peninsula is a long way end to end, and the public transport thins out the further south you go. Good support here comes down to three things: workers who live close enough to turn up reliably, a roster that keeps the same people with you, and someone who answers the phone when plans change. That is how we run it.

We work with support coordinators, plan managers, Local Area Coordinators and discharge planners at Frankston Hospital and Rosebud Hospital, so a referral turns into a first shift quickly.
