Do I have to use Parcare for my supports to live in a Parcare home?

Not at Nandala Drive. The tenancy and your supports are separate, so you choose your own provider and can bring one you already trust. Parcare Lifestyle can deliver supports if you want them.

Can a support coordinator or family member enquire for someone?

Yes. Registering interest takes a minute, it is not an application and it does not hold a unit. We call within one business day.

What does rent at Nandala Drive include?

Rent is $350 per week per unit, with internet and a program of outings included. The rent and what it covers are written into the rooming accommodation agreement before anyone signs.

Is Nandala Drive accessible?

The ground floor units are accessible, and in each house one ground floor unit has an accessible bathroom of its own. We can make adjustments where they are needed, so talk to us early about access needs.
