Use this page to check if a message, call or email is really from us. If you are not sure, hang up and call the office.
Parcare will never ask you for your bank password, MyGov password, NDIS login, one-time code, or to pay money to keep your supports. If someone does, it is not us. Hang up. Do not click the link. Call the office on (07) 3899 1759.
This page is here so you can check, any time, how we contact people and what to do if something feels wrong. Keep this link: parcarelifestyle.com/how-we-contact-you.
When Parcare needs to reach you, we use the details you have given us. That is usually a phone call from a number you already know, a text, or an email from a @parcaresupports.com address.
We do not send invoices or ask for payment through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or a personal Gmail or Hotmail address. We do not ask you to download software or share your screen so someone can “fix” something.
This is not a complaint about Parcare. It is a tip so we can check the number or email and warn others if needed. Your supports do not change. We will only use your details to call you back.
If it is happening now, call the office first on (07) 3899 1759.
Tell us the number or email they used, the time, and what they asked for. That is enough.
If you need an interpreter, call TIS National on 131 450 and ask them to call us. If you use the National Relay Service, call 133 677 and ask for (07) 3899 1759.
You can complain to us and it will not change your supports. Use the complaint page, call the office, or use the participant feedback form. You can also go straight to the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544 or the OAIC on 1300 363 992. You can have an advocate or a support person with you.
Read our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
