Our office at Unit 5/5-7 Cairns Street, Loganholme sits between Brisbane’s southern suburbs and Logan, so our support workers already travel the Pacific Motorway and Logan Road corridors every day. Director Nicholas Dodemaide leads the team, and every participant is matched with workers on skills, personality and interests.
We have self contained SIL and ILO units in Salisbury, and a SIL unit in Ormiston in Redland City, each with Parcare support on site. Availability changes week to week, so the vacancies page is always the current list. Housing and supports are separate agreements, so changing providers never means losing your home.

Hello my name is James Hart so just excuse my gmail account “name”. Ive been supported by Parcare for about a year and never had any predicaments with them. I have met 9 of the staff members with 2 of them being part of the office side of the business. Every Support Worker/Carer has been absolutely amazing, caring, polite, paying attention and giving me advise, educating me to slowing down and think before saying things, planning out what I want to achieve in my recovery, giving me external views on how I can accomplish it, making sure I am looking after myself and taking care of my son correctly and also just having general conversations with them. Parcare has been absolutely fantastic, they have always been so helpful, always reply to emails, take phone calls and if you cant get onto them please just leave a voice mail and they will get back to you as soon as they can as they are continually providing assistance to everyone and even after hours. I had a physical accident in 2021 and acquired an Extremely Severe Traumatic Brain Injury without Parcare and an Individual Support Worker/Carer Robert I wouldn’t be anywhere close to my current recovery. I couldn’t put down how much effort, help and assistance all of them have given me.
