Four new rooming houses at 4 Nandala Drive, Tanah Merah, operated by Parcare Lifestyle. Every unit is self contained, with your own bathroom, kitchenette and living area, and the first houses are expected from 30 November 2026.
Each house has a shared kitchen and dining space, a laundry, courtyards and a covered outdoor area with a BBQ for house catch ups. Parcare community events and group activities are open to anyone who is interested, and keeping to your own unit is completely fine too.
The ground floor units are accessible, and in each house one ground floor unit has an accessible bathroom of its own. We can make adjustments where they are needed, so if access is part of what you need, talk to us early and we will work through it with you.
Units are let under a Queensland rooming accommodation agreement (Form R18). You choose your own support provider and can bring one you already trust. The first two houses are expected to be ready from 30 November 2026 and the second two from January 2027. Building dates can move, so we confirm each house before anyone signs.
No. Units are let under a Queensland rooming accommodation agreement (Form R18). It is not Supported Independent Living, an Individualised Living Option or Specialist Disability Accommodation. Your tenancy and your supports are separate.
The houses are for people who receive NDIS supports and want a self contained place of their own, with other people nearby when they want them.
Rent is $350 per week per unit, with internet and a program of outings included.
Tanah Merah is in the City of Logan, handy to the Pacific Motorway, the Beenleigh train line and Logan Hyperdome.
