Our newest is Nandala Drive in Tanah Merah: four new rooming houses of self contained units, with the first houses expected from 30 November 2026. We also have Independent Living Options units in Rochedale South, and nearby homes in Salisbury (Brisbane south) and Ormiston (Redland City).
Not at Nandala Drive. The tenancy and your supports are separate, so you choose your own provider and can bring one you already trust. Parcare Lifestyle can deliver supports if you want them.

Rent is $350 per week per unit, with internet and a program of outings included. The rent and what it covers are written into the rooming accommodation agreement before anyone signs.
The ground floor units are accessible, and in each house one ground floor unit has an accessible bathroom of its own. We can make adjustments where they are needed, so talk to us early about access needs.
