Supported Independent Living (SIL) in Logan and Brisbane

Supported Independent Living is help with daily life in your own home, funded through the Core budget of your NDIS plan. Parcare Lifestyle delivers SIL across Logan, Brisbane and Redland City from our office at Loganholme, and through our Melbourne branch in Victoria’s south east.

What SIL with Parcare looks like

• Support workers on site day and night, with a sleepover worker overnight where the home needs one.
• Support is usually shared, about one worker to three residents, and 1:1 hours are arranged through your plan when you need them.
• Help with personal care, meals, medication, household tasks, appointments and getting out into the community.
• A home that stays yours. Your tenancy is a separate agreement from your supports, so changing providers never means losing your home.
• Your own space. Our newer homes are self contained units with a private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, and communal areas you can use when you want company.

Where our SIL homes are

Our homes are in Ormiston in Redland City, Salisbury and Rochedale South in Brisbane, and new self contained units at Nandala Drive, Tanah Merah in Logan are expected from 30 November 2026. Current openings are on our vacancies page, and you can see every listing in detail on Parkways housing.

Who SIL suits

SIL suits people who need support with everyday tasks most days, often around the clock, and who want to live with a small number of housemates. If you would rather design your own living arrangement, with supports built around where and how you want to live, an Individualised Living Option may fit better. We help you and your support coordinator work out which one your plan and your goals point to.
