Hello my name is James Hart so just excuse my gmail account “name”. Ive been supported by Parcare for about a year and never had any predicaments with them. I have met 9 of the staff members with 2 of them being part of the office side of the business. Every Support Worker/Carer has been absolutely amazing, caring, polite, paying attention and giving me advise, educating me to slowing down and think before saying things, planning out what I want to achieve in my recovery, giving me external views on how I can accomplish it, making sure I am looking after myself and taking care of my son correctly and also just having general conversations with them. Parcare has been absolutely fantastic, they have always been so helpful, always reply to emails, take phone calls and if you cant get onto them please just leave a voice mail and they will get back to you as soon as they can as they are continually providing assistance to everyone and even after hours. I had a physical accident in 2021 and acquired an Extremely Severe Traumatic Brain Injury without Parcare and an Individual Support Worker/Carer Robert I wouldn’t be anywhere close to my current recovery. I couldn’t put down how much effort, help and assistance all of them have given me.

My daughter has received service from Parcare for around 9 months now and both her and I could not be happier with the service they have provided her to and for her. They are person centred and have supported my daughter to build skills in several key areas. They have also supported her to do amazing things such as skydiving. Solid service starts from the top and I have found management to be exceptional and supportive. Highly recommended from my daughter and I.
